Pass the Parcel
A great old fashioned party game.
Allow the Carnival team to create a bright and colourful pass the parcel with each layer having a small novelty toy as a prize
Each layer is $2.50 which inlcudes a small trinket and a bigger gift in the centre.
Use quantity as how many layers you would like.
