Carnival for Kids offer the below party price packages for you to select from.

Indoor Entertainment Facilities such as Carnival for Kids can operate on current restrictions with a 2m2 ruling. 2m2 ruling allows us to have a maximum total group size of 25 ( As at 20th June 2021)- combined children and parents. However, we do not allow for the number of parents to be greater than the number of children unless you book the venue as a function space. For example if you have 10 children and 15 parents then you need to book package two with three staff.  Numbers must not exceed 25 for children and adults.

  • Package One
  • $695.00 Inc GST  
    • Two Staff
    • 13 children 
    • $33 for two additional children 15 maximum, with two staff.
    • Extension for 2 hours $165
    • Sunday Base Rate $795, extension $195
  • Package Two
  • $995.00 Inc GST  
    • Three Staff 
    • Up to 20 children
    • OR a Function for children and adults totaling 25 persons. 
    • $33 per additional guest over 20, with a maximum of 25
    • Extension for 2 hours $225
    • Sunday Base Rate $1095, extension $250.

Sundays incur a surcharge due to staff penalty rates handed down to our industry. Public Holidays incur a 30% surcharge. 

  • Package Three for the Teenagers!!!! 12-15 year olds.
  • $2145 Inc GST
    • Three Staff, Two Hour Party totally appropriate for 12-15 year olds. 
    • 6.30pm-8.30pm Friday OR Saturday night. 
    • An extra half an hour extension $225
    • Red Carpet Arrivals with Guest list check in service.
    • A DJ Set Up Disco Dance Party 
    • Up to 25 children, additional 5 guests can be added $33 each.
    • 25 is a great numbers of teenagers. 
    • Chocolate Fountain Dessert Bar.
    • Double Digit Foil Balloons
    • Party food including "The Works" : Chips, popcorn, lollies, soft drinks, fruit platters, pizzas, pies and sausage rolls served as a buffet set up.
    • Glitter Bar Make up station
    • Fully supervised party with parents not required to stay for the party, however we do recommend a couple of parents be nearby at The Milton Wine Bar or a restaurant nearby in the event we need you.

Your party package includes:

  • Exclusive party venue use.
  • 1.5 hours hosted party function with plenty of time for the family and birthday VIP to arrive early for photos and settle in before guests arrive.
  • 2-3 Party hosts who will manage your entire event from arrivals, face painting, dancing, healthy party menu service, party games, group photos, workshops, music requests and your overall party experience.
  • All childrens party food and plain tableware is included. 
  • If you have more children or more adults attending than you originally booked you will need to move to the next party package or book an additional staff member.
  • Due to the size of the party function room, we must not have any more than 25 people attending the event at any given time. There is no movement on these numbers as we have a proven successful party formula with these numbers.

A deposit payment of $250 is required when you book your party time online.

Sundays incur a surcharge due to staff penalty rates. All party package prices are inclusive of GST.

Optional extra items are:

  • Birthday cakes, take home gifts, lolly bags, balloons, parent catering platters and possibly an extra staff member depending on your needs.
  • Workshops, additional entertainment or interactive shows.

Number of Children & Parents

We would appreciate your understanding and assist with keeping your party to be a drop off pick up event with a total of no more than 25 persons attending your party.

Additional siblings and adults who attend the party do need to be accounted for. We do not want to ask parents to leave due to having too many adults on the premises. Please discuss with your parents prior to the party, which I am sure everyone understands the strict rules we have to follow.

Carnival for Kids has a COVID plan in place with QR code scanning for contact tracing, many hand washing basins and hand sanitisers as well as a non sharing party food menu.

Your party package size can be confirmed on the Tuesday before your party.
